As a physician with over 20 years of experience, and 15 specifically in medical-grade aesthetics, I'm Dr. Sara Trammell, the "boss lady" and "head bus driver" of The Beauty Bus. With four locations across West Texas, my mission is to empower individuals to feel beautiful and confident in the skin they're in. It's by God's grace we all age, and I'm dedicated to helping you do so gracefully and confidently.
Through the latest scientific advancements in aesthetic medicine, I offer a variety of ways to help you embrace aging and even subtly turn back the hands of time. I firmly believe in clinical study-based skincare that delivers results while using modern technology with lasers and injectables to achieve natural-looking results. I also understand that some challenges, like bladder leakage, hormone issues, and more, need more assistance to see results. I'm here to provide effective solutions. Above all, I believe in honesty and bringing the latest, greatest technology to West Texas, constantly pursuing continuing education to ensure you receive the best care available.
Sarah Hanson, PA-C
After being raised in Giddings, Texas, Sarah went on to pursue her Bachelors degree in Nutritional Sciences from Texas A&M University in College Station. She then attended the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2016.
Sarah is a Board Certified Physician Assistant, with a well-rounded background in a variety of medical fields, including dermatology, orthopedics, women’s health, and urgent care. Over the years, Sarah has honed her skills in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, providing compassionate care to patients of all ages.
Recently, Sarah has started working in the field of aesthetic medicine, where she finds great fulfillment in helping individuals enhance their appearance and boost their self-confidence. With a passion for helping others feel their best, she enjoys using her medical expertise to provide personalized, results-driven care in the world of aesthetic treatments.
Outside of her professional life, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their son, Drew, whether they’re hunting, traveling, or taking on new home improvement projects together.

Morgan Morales
Morgan considers herself a small-town girl raised in Brownwood, Texas, who grew up in an environment where genuine connection was paramount. The friendly waves and familiar greetings taught her the value of real relationships, a principle she now integrates into every treatment. Her early love for helping people feel confident in their own skin blossomed from a passion for skincare and staying abreast of the latest trends. This interest deepened as she witnessed her own sister's struggles with self-confidence, ultimately inspiring her to pursue a career in esthetics.
With a strong foundation in skincare and personal treatments, she aims to combine results-driven techniques to help clients look and feel their best. Her expertise spans from advanced facials, laser treatments, and chemical peels to medical-grade skincare and beyond.
She is passionate about ongoing education, consistently staying current with the latest advancements in skincare and technology to offer the most effective treatments available. Nothing brings her more joy than seeing a client leave glowing—both inside and out. When she's not in the treatment room, she enjoys spending time with family or savoring a cup of coffee. Renea Ritter
As the Office Manager at Beauty Bus Brownwood, Renea's background in healthcare and office management fuels her commitment to providing a welcoming and positive experience for every client. She is available to assist with appointment scheduling, product inquiries, or any questions clients may have.
In her personal time, Renea cherishes moments with her three children and two Australian Shepherds. They share a passion for travel and discovery, embracing every adventure.
